Sketches! Guest Designer: Wendi Robinson

I am excited to announce that this weeks Sketches! Guest Designer is:

Wendi Robinson

Hey there!! My name is Wendi Robinson.. and I am I am very lucky to be married to a wonderful hottie, Jeremy (10 years this week) and have two of the cutest kids ever, one boy and one girl, so I get the best of both worlds. I work part time doing AP/AR at the school district office, plus being mom, and a scrapper...

I am just in lovin with scrapping and soo glad to find my passion and excitement in life. I love taking photos and capturing memories and then turning them into a creative outlet. I've been scrappin on and off forever, but really got into it about 4 1/2 yrs ago and not ever stopping. I love everything from layouts to cards, and really enjoy altering and mini albums. I just love to create.

When I'm not scrappin, which I try not to... I love reading and diving into a good book, love going to concerts and am totally addicted to my ipod, but love just hanging out with my family and hubby.. I love the beach and miss it soo much, and hoping to one day be back by it.

Sketches! Design Team Spotlight: Charlotte Hansen

I am excited to announce this weeks Sketches! Design Team Spotlight is:

Charlotte Hansen

Hi,I am so excited to be on the spot light this week. Thanks Tamara for doing this - you are such a sweetheart!

My name is Charlotte Hansen. I am married to the most wonderful man on the Earth. We've been married since 2001, but have been together since 1995. We have two boys, who are 9 years old and 11 years old. We live in Denmark - the tiny country up North.... in Scandinavia. I work in a hospital nearby as a medical secretary.

I have been scrapbooking since 2003 or so. At that time scrapbooking wasn't known in Denmark. I went to different hobbystores and kept asking for acid- and linguinfree paper and embellishments - but no one knew what I was talking about. he he!! I found out about scrapbooking via the Internet. And I have been hooked ever since!Now we have severeal of scrapbooking stores in this country and that's just so great. :-) I love to document our everyday moments through my layouts.

I asked Charlotte to choose her favorite Sketch since being on the Sketches! Design Team, and she chose Layout Sketch #58.

And here is her layout she made using that sketch.

Recipe Challenge #25

These challenges can be used on cards or layouts.

I will give a list of three items that must be used on a card or layout. You are not limited to only the three items listed. You can use as many items on your layout or cards as you wish. But the minimum on it must be what is listed in the recipe.

This weeks Recipe came from Lori, one of the Recipe Design Team Members.

Create a card or layout using the following items:

• polka dots
• felt
• something sparkly (glitter, Stickles, bling, whatever . . .)

Amy Gebhard

Hi Sketch lovers! My name is Amy Gebhard and I'm a stay-at-home mom out here in the boonies of South Dakota. I live in the home of the World's only Corn Palace! I've been married 12 years to my husband Jason, and we have 2 boys, Caleb is 8 and Levi is 5.

I have been scrapping for just over 12 years, and to say that my style has 'changed' would be an understatement! I love to scrap, make cards, and alter things. I'm on the Design Team for Scrapfreak.com. I love using sketches, and am honored that Tamara asked me to do this! I hope I did her sketch justice! happy scrapping everyone!
