Sketches! Design Team Spotlight: Lori Tecler

I am excited to announce that this weeks Sketches! Design Team Spotlight is:

Lori Tecler

I'm Lori Tecler. I've really enjoyed being a part of Tamara's card sketch design team over the past 9 months. What a talented group of crafters she has assembled! I look forward to seeing the new sketches each week and looking at how each design team member has made the sketch her own.

I live in Maryland, outside of Washington DC with my golden retriever/German shepherd mix, Cosmo, also known as Cosmo the crazy dog due to his ongoing adventures (or, more accurately, mis-adventures). My day job is in the education field. After teaching kindergarten for over ten years, I now work in the central office of a large suburban school district. I recently completed my second masters degree. It's a huge relief to have all of the work finished so I have more time for crafting and other fun things.

I've been stamping for about 5 years now. I'm mostly a cardmaker, but I do some altered art projects from time to time, too. I'm currently a Stampin' Up! demonstrator and also do design team work for several stamp companies, including Kitchen Sink Stamps, Starving Artistamps, and Clear & Simple Stamps.

Thanks again to Tamara for the continued inspiration and for the opportunity to be a part of such a fantastic team.
